One of the larger consultant's doing UST work in Illinois asked if NatLUST would consider offering different advance rates, where the older claims that are further along in the payment queue could receive a somewhat higher percentage initial payment.

We thought this was a good suggestion. Accordingly, NatLUST has determined to offer initial payment rates ranging from 85% to 92%, as follows:

85% Initial Payment - Claims with an IEPA queue date of 9/31/2007 or later.

87.50% Initial Payment -Claims with an IEPA queue date of 6/1/07 to 8/31/2007.

90% Initial Payment - Claims with an IEPA Queue Date of 4/1/2007 to 5/31/2007.

92% Initial Payment - Claims with an IEPA Queue Date prior to 3/31/2007.

Advance rates on new claims may change periodically depending on various factors, including in changes in the size of the IL UST payment backlog, projected market interest rates, etc.
