Effective May 1, 2005

As you may already know, Virginia's DEQ has stopped sending out "courtesy" copies of weekly decisions to consultants. To receive a copy of the decision directly from DEQ, consultaants should do the following

1. On the Form 1, list the RP's name.

2. Instead of listing the RP's address, write in "C/O" and the name and address of your firm.

3. Virginia's DEQ will send the decision directly to you.
