The NatLUST database system is capable of sending automated reports by email. The system is set to run at 10.30 p.m. each night.
Click here to see a sample. Follow the below instructions to get started:
- Log on using your User Name & Password.
- You will be on the Recent Activity page. Click on "Configure Email Reports"
- There are 4 reports that you can pick from:
- Claims received
- Claims funded
- Claims reimbursed
- Claims denied/rejected/returned by the state regulator
- Set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) for each report. Hint: The database only send e-mails when there is activity related to your company. Consequently, you may want to set the frequency to 'daily'.
- You can add as many email addresses as you want.
- Save your selection. That's it!
- To add/change/delete, log on under the UserName of the person at your firm the report is coming from. Or you can send an email to help@natlust.org
NOT RECEIVING THE REPORT ?
There may be some situations where reports aren't making it to the intended party.
- Check to see if ALL of the email addresses shown under your User Name are valid. We are not certain, but its believed that a single bad e-mail address could cause all the outgoing emails to your firm to be rejected.
- Check to see if your desktop anti-virus has deleted the email or put it in a spam folder
- Set your anti-virus to accept emails from "Natlust.org" or "NatLUSTadmin@natlust.org"
- Check to see if your ISP is deleting the emails or putting them in a spam folder
- Send an email to us at help@natlust.org
